<div>My neighbor's Rottweiler jumped her owner's fence and attacked Milo within seconds of Milo stepping out onto my porch. She clamped down on Milo on his hind legs and aggressively shook her head, breaking his right femur, fracturing his pelvis, and injuring many small bones near his spine in the process. The rottweiler's owner refuses to cover the medical expenses even though he knew that his dog had jumped the fence multiple times before and even after reviewing the security footage.

<div>Please help us cover Milo's emergency medical costs. He was perfectly healthy and happy before this preventable attack. He is the sweetest, most affectionate little guy anyone has ever met, and he is my family. He has been with us since he was a few months old 7 years ago.

<div>The emergency trip to the animal hospital, examinations, pain meds/antibiotics and overnight stay was <strong>$2,030</strong>

<div>The surgery needed to repair his broken leg, pelvis and smaller bones is estimated to be between <strong>$12,000-$15,000 </strong>and is scheduled for Tuesday, July 26th since that's the soonest day we could find.

<div>Milo did not deserve this, and my family will do everything we can to ensure that the Rottweiler's owner pays for all the medical and pharmaceutical bills we now have. However, since the lawsuit might take long, we want to ensure that his medical bills are paid for in the meantime. <strong><em>If or when the owner pays for all the medical bills, all donations will be refunded as soon as possible, so please don't donate anonymously. </em></strong>
