PLEASE help 12 yr old Jesenia

My niece Jesenia  was diagnosed with a rare disease at age 7, Nephrotic Sydrome, she is now 12, her case is even more rare because treatment to put her into remission her body is resistant to .Over the years she has been in and out of children’s hospital. She has multiple medications to take and has been on dialysis for a little over a year that my sister Michelle  was able to do at home , but just last week she went in for another surgery and now has to do hemodialysis which is 4 days a week 6 hours at a time, but needs to be done at children’s hospital . Jesenia Today is the same size she was at age 7. This disease makes her bones fragile and unable to grow, her kidney is shutting down , she has 15% kidney function. If this doesn’t help she will have to have a transplant but even then the doctors say the disease will most likely come back, that would the last option and my sister has always said I don’t want to be on the last option. She needs to be able to make it to these appointments but my sister is unable to work because she devotes all she has to take care of Jesenia and take care of her other kids also.Her car is not reliable, and a trip to the hospital 1 way is 1-1 1/2 hour drive  so our family is starting this Go Fund me page for my sister Michelle and  her daughter Jesenia . We are wanting to raise money to help get her a reliable car and expense for gas, food  while she is there.My sister has enough things to worry about and I don’t want her to have to worry if something happens to the car on the way to the hospital and Jesenia not making it to her appointments.
