Help Jenni get well and smile again

Announcement from Eureka Music Entertainment, LLC: We are putting on a concert to benefit Jennifer Hawkes, our beloved friend and colleague, to help defray the costs of some recent health issues. Jennifer has been tireless in her efforts to ensure that all of her musicians are well represented and taken care of. Now it's time that we give something back in her time of need. Our core band will be Michael P., Larry Lee Lerma, Dani Ponce, and Alex Flores. We will announce special guests as the date approaches, but we are certain there will be musical merriment. The concert will be held on Sunday, February 11, 2018, from 6-9 p.m., at the Chicago Bar (5954 E Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85712).
THE STORY (Late November 2017)
Once upon a time there was a smart and vibrant young woman named Jenni. Jenni was fluent in sarcasm, Elvis trivia, and "EEEeeeee"s of joy over those adorable floofballs known as Corgis. She loves her family, her friends, ballroom dancing, music, animals, and so much more. At one time, she liked to smile and laugh. Not so much anymore. She's in pain. She hurts. And she needs help.
Deciding to start this campaign is one of the hardest things we've ever done. Neither Jenni nor I want to impose on others to help. As a mother, I feel I should be able to take care of my children, no matter their age. But this is beyond my ability and that hurts. A lot. But, as a mother, I do what I have to do, and I put our story before you, our family, friends, and anybody else who chances on this campaign.
Jenni is my daughter, my middle child, the rebel. She is a strong young woman who wants nothing more than to be independant and happy. Recently, she lost her job, partially because of some serious health issues that may, potentially, require an extended hospital stay. (As of 12/9/2017, the hospital stay is still a possibility, but not as immediately as we'd originally feared). Jenni still needs this help, yet she won't go because any time spent in hospital is time away from being able to search for a job. Add to that the uncertain, but likely high, costs of hospitalization and any medication that might be necessary, and she's been in a tizzy of worry. The smile that her family and friends love so much has faded with the stress of the choices she has to make. In fact, it's almost extinguished.
Any and all funds we receive will be put in a dedicated account and will only be used to pay expenses related to her medical issues and living expenses. Any assistance you can give us, whether financial or simply by sharing this link with your friends, is more appreciated than we can express. With your help, Jenni won't have to worry about whether or not she'll be able to pay her bills and can concentrate on doing what the doctors want her to do. From the bottom of my heart, and from all of us, thank you for helping in any way.
