Hogar Cataleya is a not for profit nursing home in Penuelas, Puerto Rico, that was negatively impacted by Hurrican Maria.
Funds raised will be 100% used for the residents and their home. Windows, doors sustained damages.

It will be months before the island has electricity, and this facility is impacted as the current generator will need replacement shortly. There is also no water at this time. Perfect recipe for disaster.
If you have supplies, you can also help. We are in need of the following items, but feel free to add if I have left anything out:
Generator, gloves (small, medium, large and x-large), adult diapers, rubbing alcohol, alchohol wipes, hand sanitizers, water, non-perishable food, candles, wipes, batteries (AA, C, and D), flashlights, battery operated lights, towels, face, masks, sheets for twin size hospital beds, bed pads, clothing, glucometers, test strips, aspirin, cotton, garbage bags, and anything else you see of value for a nursing home.
Rest assure that your donation will be 100% allocated to this not for profit and there is no administrative overhead associated with donations received.
R.A.I.N. Puerto Rico will assist with relief efforts. Donations will be shipped there. If you want to ship directly, once UPS and Fed EX service is restored, you can mail it to: HOGAR CATALEYA, INC.
