Help Her out!

Saving most details for the interest of this young lady's privacy, but this is a story that needs to be shared! On January 7th, my mom and I were driving home when I passed a girl walking down an area that rarely sees foot traffic. It was late, dark, and the thermometer in my car read around 20 degrees. I usually dont, but felt the overwhelming need to offer a ride. So I turned around and offered her a ride to where ever she may be going. She accepted gladly and told me she was walking home from work. The astounding part is that she works in downtown, and lives 10 miles away! She lost her car about a month ago and has been walking ever since. In order to make it to work on time at 4 pm she leaves her house around 11am/12pm walking, hoping for rides along the way. My mom has been in contact with her since and gave her rides to and from the appointments she had the following day. My moom offered to buy her groceries and all she would accept was a big jar of peanut butter. She even offered my mom gas money afterwards. Contact has been infrequent, because her cell phone was cut off as well.

My hope and prayer is to assist her with getting a car or at least paying for groceries, cell service, and/or rent. Even in the short time I was with her, she is one of the most humble and hard working people I've met. She has such a sweet soul and is doing everything she can for herself at the moment.I know the goal is a bit high, but anything and everything will help! I wish was in a better position to help her myself, but would be so grateful for any help i can muster on her behalf.
