Elsa and Suzie's Veterinary Bill

Elsa and Suzie took sick last week with a cough that was thought to be allergy related.  Sadly, it was not.  Elsa and Suzie are at Elgin Veterinary Hospital under the great care of Dr. Piper Norton, where they have been since Thursday, June 29th.  They have complications due to an upper respiratory infection.  Elsa and Suzie both serve as therapy horses for Dream a Dream and are loved by all.  Elsa is a senior girl and her illness has had complications.  She is very missed by all her riders that come weekly for equine therapy.  Suzie is new to DADTH, but is a sweet girl and ready to meet all her new friends for therapy sessions and camp, once she is feeling better.  
Any donations you could make to help with Elsa and Suzie's veterinary bill would be so very greatly appreciated.  DADTH is a non-profit program that provides equine therapy to children and adults with disabilities.  In the summer, we provide summer camp and not having Elsa has been a great hardship.  DADTH has many riders who participate thanks to the kind support of indivduals and fundraisers that make riding dreams possible to those who might otherwise not have access to these amazing, healing creatures.

Elsa and Suzie will also need medication once returning home.  As of today, Wednesday, July 5th, they are still at the clinic and hopes are that they might return home later this week.  

If you can't help right now, please say a prayer for these two sweet girls to heal and get well soon.  They are missed very much.  It has been a difficult year for DADTH with the loss of our dear Gracie just in May and now this illness.  Please help us and our girls so we can keep the smiles on all the faces that depend on them.
