Let's help Cheryl beat cancer!!!

One of my oldest friends, Cheryl Rush has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 colon, liver and lung cancer. Thinking she had a gallbladder issue, she went to the doctor and was given a diagnosis that no one could ever imagine.
She will soon be starting treatment and will not be able to work. Like anyone else going through a difficult time in their life, she is now struggling to meet the economic challenges associated with her cancer diagnosis.
Cheryl is an active, social and loving human being, who is not only easy to like but is also easy to love. Anyone who knows her knows she sets the bar high as far as friendship is concerned, and she is this way, in all aspects of her life.
Cheryl recently had to move in with her adult son and family, as she is no longer able to work. Medical and basic living expense bills are accumulating and she has no income at this time.
Despite all of this, her attitude is like nothing any of us have ever seen. She is truly remarkable, with her upbeat moods and positive thinking. No matter what she is up against, she just stands up straighter and keeps her head forward. She is truly an inspiration and a joy to be around.
I know that there are many like Cheryl, going through something similar, or maybe even worse. We are not trying to make someone else feel as if their issues are not real, as Cheryl would be the first one to say, help someone else, but we felt that there was an urgency here to help our dear loving friend, in her time of need.
Cheryl's number one priority right now goal should be herself and healing. I am hoping that with the help of so many friends she as accumulated over the years, that we can make some kind of difference in her life and help her.
This is why we are doing this, because of this wonderful person who is such an inspiration to me and everyone she is around.
Everyone is fighting something and we know that helping others Is important, so we are hoping that everyone seeing this, can at least take a moment, mention her in your prayers, and if you have the means, contribute a little something to help her on this journey.
We are truly blessed to have such an amazing person in our lives, and any measure of assistance will be deeply appreciated!
