Help bring HOPE home NOW!

My son is fighting for the right to raise his daughter. His ex girlfriend did not tell him of pregnancy, or delivery. 3 weeks after she arrived into this world, an adoption agency called me. My son was not quite 18 years old, so I was the "contact" call. I was told they needed him to come in to sign papers (mind you, she only said she was a lawyer, not what for) after a very confusing conversation she told me my sons recent ex has a baby 3 weeks prior and they needed him to sign papers so they can go forward with the adoption! One would think, (since we have all been brought up to think) they would be asking if he wanted to raise his daughter, or if there were any other family willing to do so? NO. It was to TELL him he WAS signing papers because they found a family for her. Once we met with them, the intimidation, yelling, extremely unprofessional behavior reared it head quickly. All they had to hear was "I am not giving up on my daughter" and that meant war. They are refusing any visits or contact without judges order, yet they make sure to drag it out so the judge cannot order anything. the DNA did FINALLY got ordered just before she turned 7 months old! it was not done until over a MONTH later. results were back before thanksgiving, but since they lied and said it would take til january (lied to the judge none the less) they refused to move the date up to december, because they did not want us to see her for christmas. Court is january 14th for the judge to hear results of DNA. the adoption agency has stated they will use "tried and proven" methods to have my son's rights terminated. they do not care about anything but their bottom line. Please help us raise money to fight to get Hope home where she belongs...with her FAMILY. Update: judge ordered visitation on jan 14th...it is now march, and we have yet to have a visitation schedule. Next court date is April 3rd. we will keep you posted! Update: "other side" attorneys BOTH had family emergencies on April 3rd. Rescheduled for May 8th.
update: next court date july 22nd. still have not had contact with Hope.
