Help Amber Davenport Recover!

Amber and her family need our help! Many of you have generously and repeatedly asked what you can do to help Amber and her family through this difficult time as they have tried to get to the bottom of her declining health…. and until now we just weren’t sure. Now we know!
Thankfully the Davenports recently found the Sponaugle Wellness Institute which treats the Neurological Lyme Disease that Amber was recently diagnosed with. This is a chronic form of Lyme Disease that causes the debilitating symptoms that have been getting worse for months and months, despite her actively treating her Biotoxin Illness (CIRS), which had been identified earlier. Amber is in extreme daily pain, consisting of constant and excruciating head pressure and “buzzing,” intense chest pain, insomnia, ringing in her ears, sensitivity to light and noise, and periods where she can’t feel her face and loses control of her hands and arms. Nothing has provided even moments of relief for her during the day. You all know and love Amber and know she has done absolutely everything she can to manage these symptoms, including seeing countless doctors all over the country, but now with this new diagnosis we understand why they have not improved and instead continued to get worse.
Amber leaves in 1 week (August 19) to go to Florida to the Sponaugle Wellness institute. They are an integrative medical clinic with an amazing combination of both “traditional” and “complementary” medical technology, and have successfully treated so many people who, like her, have been bounced from doctor to doctor without any success, and continue to decline rapidly.
There she will be receiving intense antibiotics for the Lyme Disease, as well as daily IV treatments for BioToxicity and the other co-infections that are typically present, and to help strengthen her immune system so she can survive the intense treatments.
Insurance will only cover a small portion of Sponaugle, and they charge $6000 per week for the intense treatment and housing. Her treatment will be a minimum of 16 weeks ($96,000) with the potential of it being 6 months ($156,000). Because of the intensity of the treatments/reactions, and meals/housing being “off-campus,” it is crucial for somebody to accompany Amber who can help with those things and also help carry/transport her on her weaker days. Kevin will be there with her for the first 4 weeks, then Jenn for a week, and then her Mom, who is retiring, will be there for the remainder of her treatment.
Amber, Kevin, Coleson and Evie have been living with Amber’s parents for months, who have been a tremendous help. They are now selling their house and will be staying with her parents indefinitely until Amber is recovered and they can get back on their feet.
Thank you all for your generous financial support as they proceed down this path that we believe will give her the best chance of returning to the healthy, fun, giving, amazing Amber that we all know and love. We will continue to keep you updated through this platform on her progress.

Just a few loving or encouraging thoughts can make an incredible difference for days, reminding her of how loved and not-alone she is in this difficult time. Sharing positive memories/pictures of your time together, is also very uplifting for her, as are sharing some of your favorite, positive songs.
Please be understanding if she does not respond quickly, or at all .... literally surviving each day is consuming the fullness of her energy ... but just know ur prayers, words, and love are crucial encouragement for her along this journey.
