Help Allison Recover!

As most of you already know my dear sister Allison is in Recovery, she is putting her life and self back together and putting her heroin addiction behind her. One of the many things that has helped her greatly build confidence during this time is CrossFit , an intense strength and physical conditioning exercise program. She has spent just over two months in a rehabilitation program in Florida where she has been able to participate free of charge because it is covered by insurance. On April 26th she is transferring to a halfway house where she will continue with her recovery by attending an intensive outpatient program. The halfway house she is living in is not funded by insurance and the cost there is very high . There is just no room in the budget for CrossFit. I would like to raise enough money to be able to gift 3 months of CrossFit for my sister. I feel it has been a great facilitator to building her self confidence and helping her realize that there is a whole world of excitement available to her without the use of drugs. Her coach has even said that she is a natural at it and it could potentially be a career path for her in the future!

Allison means the absolute world to me and I honestly do not know what I would do with out her. My family has already had to go through the heartache of losing another member to this deadly disease, and I cannot even fathom what losing her would do to us. I hope that you can find it in your heart to spare even $5 towards this cause.
