MY DOUBLE LUNG TRANSPLANT JOURNEY

Donation protected
I was diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and Pulomanry Hypertension 10 years ago. I lived with the desease until 5 years ago when I began to spiral quickly, I was placed in the heart/lung transplant list and waited over 3 years.  I was on 16 liters of oxygen at home 24/7.  Due to this, my doctors opted for  double lung transplant only since I would probably die waiting.
I received my transplant on May 21, 2017.  I thank the Lord for this second chance.  I traveled from El Paso, TX to Dallas, TX.  However, I have not been able to leave the hospital.  I have had a series of complications which include 2 back fractures (due to medicine), I lost my kidney function so I am now on dialysis, my heart is not responding to the new lungs as was hoped.  I have VT's (ventricular tachycardia) I need to get shocked to get my heart back in rhythm. I cant walk and I have an intestinal infection.
Doctors are working tirelessly to find the right medications to help me.
I would need support as soon as possible to cover living expenses and medical bills.
my husband has exhausted his vacation and FMLA to care for me in the hospital.  He has been without salary for 3 months. My mother is also  caregiver.
We dont know Dallas, we were not prepared for this.  we accounted for 3 months post-op.  We are in dire need of assistance to continue my care.  lodging, transportation, meals, medical bills.
