Hace algún tiempo al pensar en Chile, se pensaba en un largo y angosto país, situado al extremo sur del continente americano, y al cual muchos elogiaban su economía, llegando a ser llamado por el mismo presidente Sebastián Piñera como "el oasis de Latinoamérica". Sin embargo, dos semanas después de dicha frase, el pueblo chileno alzó la voz y mostró la poca concordancia que existía entre el “oasis latinoamericano” y la realidad que se vivía en las calles del país.
La dictadura militar de 1973- 1980 impuso a sangre y fuego un sistema económico neoliberal extremo, caracterizado por la impunidad, las injusticias y la desigualdad social que es una de las más altas del mundo.
Chile se ha convertido en un país con una sociedad competitiva e individualista, en donde se minimizó la participación del Estado, el que fue reemplazado por el mercado como regidor de la vida social del país. Los derechos sociales: Salud Educación, Jubilaciones ,etc. quedaron hasta el día de hoy, a merced del poder adquisitivo de cada persona.
Después del levantamiento social de Octubre del 2019 y con la llegada de la pandemia a Chile, la mayoría de nuestros compatriotas ha quedado en peores condiciones aún que antes y el Gobierno ha sido incapaz de generar una solución para paliar el hambre de gran parte de la población.
De esta forma, cabe mencionar que Chile ha encabezado la lista mundial de más contagiados. Según cifras de la Universidad Johns Hopkins, encargada del monitoreo mundial, Chile se ubicaría en el décimo lugar de países con mayor cantidad de contagiados a nivel mundial y sexto a nivel latinoamericano, presentando, según datos del Ministerio de Salud de Chile, 14.897 fallecidos, y 8.895 casos diarios de nuevos contagiados.
Según el economista experto en Desigualdad, Branko Milanovic explicó que "Los más ricos en Chile ganan como los más ricos de Alemania y los más pobres como en Mongolia" entrevista disponible en El Mostrador. Además la Fundación SOL declara que "la pobreza, que oficialmente antes de la pandemia era de 8,6%, era en la realidad de un 30%".
Ahora, en plena pandemia, esta cifra se ha multiplicado y ya no sólo son millones de ciudadanos los que reciben menos de 300 mil pesos al mes, aprox.350Eu, hay millones que no reciben nada y sobreviven gracias a pequeñas subvenciones del Estado y a la solidaridad del pueblo mismo. El endeudamiento y el desempleo está llevando al límite de la precariedad a millones de hogares chilenos.
Pero, ¿Por qué te contamos esto?
Por que como chilenos viviendo en el extranjero, nos sentimos profundamente tocados e incentivados con el trabajo solidario que la comunidad realiza en distintas partes del territorio chileno. Sabemos que nuestros compatriotas, sobre todo en las poblaciones más pobres, comparten el pan y el agua y se ayudan mutuamente para sobrevivir.
En todas las ciudades de Chile existen las así llamadas " ollas comunes" organizadas y mantenidas por los propios pobladores. Aquí se juntan donaciones, se compran alimentos y se reparte y comparte comida entre todas y todos los que necesitan, sin costo alguno.
En Junio 2020 enviamos, como Grupo Chile despertó Frankfurt, ayuda a 4 Ollas Comunes en Chile: 1 en Valparaíso, 2 en Santiago y 1 en Lonquimay. Las necesidades siguen siendo enormes . El pueblo chileno sigue sufriendo hambre y necesitando urgentemente ayuda.
Creemos firmemente que con la solidaridad de más compatriotas, amigos y personas alrededor del mundo podemos lograr ayudar a más gente.
Nos hemos puesto una meta: juntar 3000 euros.
Nuestro objetivo, es apoyar a 10 Ollas Comunes de Chile en la época de Navidad.

Many praised its economy, it was even called the oasis of Latin America by right-wing President Sebastián Piñera himself. Paradoxically, only two weeks after he said that, Chilean people rallied on the street and raised their voices, showing how little agreement there was between the "Latin American oasis" myth and the actual reality that was being experienced.
Since the 1973 military dictatorship, the country has been subjected to an economic system of extreme neoliberalism, which has plunged the country into profound inequality. According to World Bank’s data, in 2017 Chile’s Gini index was

As a result, Chile became a competitive and individualistic country, where the participation of the state as an economic agent was minimized, and where the market arose as the ruler of Chile's social life. Its population was deprived of social protection, leaving each person’s wellbeing subject to their purchasing power.
This system has been perpetuated in democracy to this day.
After the social uprising of October 2019, and with the arrival of the pandemic in Chile, the majority of our compatriots have been left in even worse conditions than before. The government has been unable to generate a solution to alleviate the hunger of a large part of the population, given that at least ⅓ lives in extreme poverty.

As Chileans living abroad, we feel deeply touched and encouraged by the work that the whole community in different parts of the Chilean territory are doing to generate a solution to the unfavorable conditions that thousands of Chileans live in. This response is based on mutual collaboration and at the same time on generating a solution to the different needs of the people.
As the Group Chile woke up Frankfurt, in June 2020 we sent help to 4 soup kitchens in Chile: 1 in Valparaiso, 2 in Santiago, and 1 in Lonquimay. Nevertheless, this was not enough. The pandemic is still raging in the country, the Chilean people are still hungry, the communities still need our help. That is our aim, we firmly believe that with the solidarity of more compatriots, friends, and people around the world we can achieve a new goal: to raise 3,000 euros. Our goal now is to support the 10 Soup kitchens of Chile at Christmas time.
We want to donate the money collected to 10 soup kitchens distributed throughout Chile, reaching cities like Punta Arenas, Antofagasta, and Temuco, among others. We aim to provide these communities with food and basic utensils that will allow them to continue operating and distributing daily meals in the different cities of the territory.
With your support, we can assist the Soup Kitchen, providing one more day of work and food for the Chileans who need it at that moment.

Vor einiger Zeit, als man an Chile dachte, wurde es als ein langes und schmales Land am südlichen Ende des amerikanischen Kontinents angesehen, dem viele seine Wirtschaft lobten und das sogar von Präsident Sebastián Piñera als die Oase Lateinamerikas bezeichnet wurde. Chile ist zu einem wettbewerbsfähigen und individualistischen Land geworden, in dem die Beteiligung des Staates als Wirtschaftsakteur minimiert wurde und der Markt als Regler über das soziale Leben Chiles galt. Dabei wurde jedoch die Bevölkerung des sozialen Schutzes beraubt, mehr wurde die Kaufkraft eines jeden Menschen hervorgehoben. Dieses System hat sich in der Demokratie und bis zum heutigen Tag fortgesetzt.
Nach dem sozialen Aufstand im Oktober 2019 und dem Auftreten der Pandemie in Chile ist die Mehrheit unserer Landsleute unter noch schlimmeren Bedingungen als zuvor zurückgelassen worden. Die Regierung war nicht in der Lage, eine Lösung zur Linderung des Hungers.
Es ist daher erwähnenswert, dass Chile an der Spitze, der an den stärksten infizierten Ländern war. Nach Angaben der Johns-Hopkins-Universität, liegt Chile mit 14.897 Todesfällen und 8.895 neuen Fällen pro Tag weltweit an zehnter und in Lateinamerika und an sechster Stelle in Bezug auf die Zahl der Infizierten.

Als Chilenen und Chileninnen, die im Ausland leben, fühlen wir uns zutiefst berührt und ermutigt durch die Arbeit, die die gesamte Gemeinschaft in verschiedenen Teilen des chilenischen Territoriums leistet, um eine Lösung für die ungünstigen Bedingungen zu finden, unter denen Tausende von Chilenen leben. Diese Antwort beruht auf gegenseitiger Zusammenarbeit und gleichzeitig die Suche nach einer Lösung für die unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse der Menschen.
Im Juni 2020 sandten wir, als die Gruppe „Chile Despertó! Frankfurt“, Hilfe an 4 Suppenküchen in Chile: 1 in Valparaiso, 2 in Santiago und 1 in Lonquimay. Das war jedoch nicht genug. Die Pandemie wütet immer noch im Land, das chilenische Volk hungert immer noch, die Gemeinden brauchen unsere Hilfe. Das ist unser Ziel, wir glauben fest daran, dass wir mit der Solidarität von mehr Landsleuten, Freunden und Menschen auf der ganzen Welt ein neues Ziel erreichen können: 3.000 Euro aufzubringen. Unser Ziel ist es nun, die 10 Suppenküchen Chiles zur Weihnachtszeit zu unterstützen.
So wollen wir das gesammelte Geld an 10 Suppenküchen spenden, die in ganz Chile verteilt sind und Städte wie Punta Arenas, Antofagasta, Temuco und andere, erreichen. Damit diese mit Lebensmitteln und grundlegenden Utensilien versorgt werden können, die es ihnen ermöglichen, den Betrieb und die Verteilung der täglichen Mahlzeiten in den verschiedenen Städten fortzusetzen.

Die Pandemie wütet immer noch im Land, das chilenische Volk hungert immer noch, die Gemeinden brauchen unsere Hilfe. Das ist unser Ziel, wir glauben fest daran, dass wir mit der Solidarität von mehr Landsleuten, Freunden und Menschen auf der ganzen Welt ein neues Ziel erreichen können: 3.000 Euro aufzubringen. Unser Ziel ist es nun, die 10 Suppenküchen Chiles zur Weihnachtszeit zu unterstützen.
So wollen wir das gesammelte Geld an 10 Suppenküchen spenden, die in ganz Chile verteilt sind und Städte wie Punta Arenas, Antofagasta, Temuco und andere, erreichen. Damit diese mit Lebensmitteln und grundlegenden Utensilien versorgt werden können, die es ihnen ermöglichen, den Betrieb und die Verteilung der täglichen Mahlzeiten in den verschiedenen Städten fortzusetzen.
Mit Ihrer Unterstützung können wir das Funktionieren der Suppenküche unterstützen, einen weiteren Arbeitstag und Nahrungsmittel für die Chilenen und Chileninnen, die sie in diesem Moment benötigen.
Wir werden dieses Geld auf dem Girokonto von Javiera Moya, IBAN: DE95 110101002275717578; BIC SOBKDEBBXXX in der Solaris Bank sammeln. Sobald wir das Ziel von 3.000 Euro erreicht haben, werden wir eine Banküberweisung von 300 Euro an jeden der Verantwortlichen der 10 ausgewählten Suppenküchen vornehmen.
