Matt needs our help

As many of you know Matt has struggled with Crohn's disease for over 15 years. Most recently he spent the whole month of May in the hospital. During that stay Matt was given over 31 units of blood due to his bloot clots. The doctors already put in a venicava filter in his chest to try and prevent clots from forming in his chest and moving to the heart. The last 8 years Matt has been through the ringer with this horrible disease. We had to sell our company because of the stress and his disease worsening day by day. Since going to an individual health plan the insurance companies have not been paying medical costs or the tube feeding needs Matt has to have. I am starting this campaign to try to help my brother and relieve some of the stress of his over whelming medical expenses. For example Matt needs 1 case(24 cans) of tube feeding every 3 days. 1 case is about $170 which his insurance is refusing to pay. Insurance company is also refusing to pay for any of the injections Matt needs which is also over $2000 per month. Matt just got readmitted into the hospital yesterday with kidney failure. Most of this is probably due to his nutrition levels being so low. I ask that we can all come together and help Matt with these expenses! Thank you. I will also try to update everyone on matts condition as much as possible. I also want to remind everyone how important it is to donate blood. Please donate every chance you get. 
Also for those of you that may not know Matt or our family personally please know this has been extremely difficult on our family and especially Matt. Our dad passed away 3 years ago from cancer and he was only 51. Matt was sick then and hasn't ever been able to really heal from that loss. We hope and pray someday they will find a cure for this awful disease that affects 1 in every 2000 people.
