Help Santa recover from Harvey

Santa needs our help! Larry Melton and his wife Brenda (BJ) for the past 21 years have donated their time to enhancing the Christmas experience to the Kingwood Area, while raising money to provide Christmas to families in need. Well Larry, BJ and their Family are in need of our help due to the flooding caused by Hurricane Harvey. His Family lives in a trailer in a low lying area of Crosby, TX. which was flooded. Since Larry does not have flood insurance for his home, and only had liability insurance for their two flooded out  old cars, they need our help. Larry's wife B.J. fell after getting back from a shelter, she had surgery to repair damage  on her eye socket . In addition she is having surgery to repair a hernia on Monday. Larry has given so much to our community without asking for anything in return. NOW is our chance to show our appreciation. Karen and my relationship with Larry has been special, thru our store "Toys & Candy On the Park" and thru our common personnal experiences. Larry and BJ are both retired, working part-time jobs.
His Families needs include the following;

- Replace the two cars with used cars.........$20,000
- Replace the floor in their trailer.....................$3,000
- Raise the trailer several feet to avoid
   further flooding......................................................$7,000

Typical of Larry and BJ, they will do all the work themselves. They really don't think much can be raised. I think they're wrong! 

Of course any funds raised will be used immediately, as they are living in the mess left behind from the flood.
