<div>Hola, me llamo Diandra, tengo 28 años y estoy luchando contra un cáncer avanzado en estadio IV. Soy de origen cubano y migré a España buscando la única esperanza para mi enfermedad: un sarcoma alveolar metastásico en el pulmón. Sin tratamiento, mi pronóstico era de menos de seis meses de vida. Hoy, 14 meses después, sigo aquí gracias a un ensayo clínico del Grupo Español de Investigación de Sarcomas (GEIS). El tratamiento con inmunoterapia ha frenado el avance de la enfermedad, pero implica un desafío enorme: cada semana debo viajar 200 km hasta Madrid para recibirlo. Estos viajes cuestan $72 semanales en autobuses, y siempre me acompaña mi madre, quien me cuida y apoya en este proceso. Por mi estado de salud, los efectos secundarios del tratamiento y los viajes, no puedo trabajar. Nuestra situación económica y migratoria no nos permite mudarnos a Madrid, y apenas logramos cubrir lo básico. Aun así, estos viajes son esenciales para continuar el tratamiento y mantenerme con vida. Necesitamos $3,750 para cubrir los costos de transporte durante 2025.
