Brian passed away today 10/23/20. May he rest in peace.
When Brian and Jill met, fell in love and had 3 beautiful children together, they never imagined their lives would be turned upside down by the worst news imaginable. One day, Brian suddenly developed abdominal pain and was eventually diagnosed with a rare, aggressive lymphoma.
Bravely, Brian underwent highly specialized treatments requiring him to be in the hospital for weeks at a time. Jill dutifully juggled the needs of Brian, their 3 small children, her work as a physician assistant and countless other responsibilities all while coping with the thought that one day soon, she might lose her husband. Brian and Jill made the most of the times he was home and held onto every precious moment they could as a family.
Recently, Brian’s condition worsened and he spent the last several weeks in the hospital. He came home for good...on hospice. Brian and Jill are two of the most genuine, caring and gentle souls who have endured unimaginable pain and heartache over this last year.
We are devastated for our friends and are looking for a way to help. In addition to medical bills, we would love to help Jill pick up the pieces for their family and carry on Brian’s legacy with strength and dignity.
