Hope for Healing...Eileen

It’s sad that it has come to this - people raising money for their own health care solely because our health care system is broken - We are five sisters who, through a tragedy have always stuck together, are always there for one another, always worry about each other and who have always lived with the mantra that, it is and always will be “family first.” This is why we have decided to start this page. Our sister, the baby of the family, has been sick for quite some time. For over a year our sister, Eileen Rachelle, has been fighting an illness that no Doctor has been able to treat. Amongst the many ailments she has, which includes celiac disease, a pancreatic tumor, a compromised immune system, fluid around her heart and much more, she hasn’t had, for a long time now,  the quality of life deserved by all. Eileen has had various treatments, tests, bone marrow biopsies, procedures, ports, hospital stays and more but, her body is just not sustaining nutrients and good levels, which leaves us exasperated. With not many options left her doctors have suggested she see a doctor at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona, who specializes in rare autoimmune diseases. However, her insurance company will not approve the additional cost incurred and, of course the cost of getting there and lodging as well as copays. Eileen, has not worked for the year she has been sick and her healthcare bills are insurmountable. We, as her sisters, who care and love her very much just want to see this lady, who has been through so much get the chance to be well again. We are not asking for much, any amount would be appreciated, even a small donation. It would help her get into the hospital and possibly on her way to continued good health. The rest we can handle, we just need to get her there! If you cannot donate a small prayer for healing would be appreciated too.
