Help Us Stay Through COVID

First of all, I hope everyone is safe and healthy in your worlds. This is an unprecedented time for sure. 

Help is sorely needed before the end of this October due to COVID-19 stealing pretty much 99% of my business. 

Wow, this is tough for me as I am not good at asking for monies especially to you, my much appreciated and valued customers. I never would have thought I would be at this point.  When I ran my own 501c3 nonprofit charity called Straight Ahead Outreach-Taking Back Your Life Inc.  in both Knoxville TN and Pinellas County Florida up until 2013 of which  we funded primarily ourselves.

We ceased operations legally in 2013. We did a lot of great work helping Knoxville TN and Pinellas County Florida. 

Personally, I am sending this to my personal customers who normally keep me busy year round.  Honestly, I cannot thank you enough for that. Seriously I cannot. I need your help. 

The bottomline here is I feel like I have no choice. I want to thank you for making me feel like I could even think of sending this to you. I don't and will never take you for granted, I need you. I appreciate you and hope we are always connected as I have gotten to know each one of you so well. The friendships are real.

I have kept our rates the same since 2015, yep 2015, that is the year I overhauled BATS Town cars fleet pricing. Thats 5 years ago and I have carried on into my business and I hope to keep them there as long as possible. However things like airport fees, tires and commercial insurance keep going up each year and it makes it tougher. Sheesh we go through a lot of tires! lol

You might ask, didn't you get COVID assistance? That answer is no. Due to the size and make up of my corporation I do not have a so called "payroll" as my drivers at this time are "contractors" and so we were NOT eligible for the PPP.  The best I could acquire was an SBA loan for $3500.  Those funds will be gone as of the end of this October. So yes, I am very nervous at this point.

So I, Lance Greene, am asking for your assistance to keep Beach Chauffeur Services Inc going through COVID as 99% of my business depends on the air traveler and right now we have literally no business since March 21, 2020 due to the COVID -19 Virus and our valued Canadian customers are not able to come yet. Ouch!

(Update as of 10/12/2020 we now have 1 job per day for 2 weeks at a time and then zero for two weeks at a time. Its really weird because we are used to 1-6 jobs per day, 7 days a week)

The funds will go towards things like the following for example:
1) On going Commercial Auto Insurance on 3 cars. That is over $2400 per month
2) Car payments on 2 vehicles. Over $1100 per month
3) New tires for both vehicles over $2000 we go through lots of tires!
4) Repairs and improvements to both vehicles 
5) Paint job for our Cadillac $5000
6) SBA Loan of $3,500 (which I have to pay back)
7) Website improvement & Social Media presence to increase long term customer traffic during COVID approx $2500
8) Ongoing daily/monthly operating costs during this tough time.  

A Dream: To one day possibly acquire a luxury van for up to 8 passengers -  ($65,000) much better for family and friends. Currently we use 2 vehicles for anything over 5 passengers, which is not cost effective.

These are just some examples of the types of expenses the funds will go towards. When I get work from you the customer, I concentrate on the vehicles and their needs first and wages for me comes from what's left. 

Your assistance will help secure my businesses future. Even BATS closed down their town car fleet recently. Many of you know that is where I came from and where I met you all. It made me very sad to see them close their luxury fleet.  

I hope you understand, I simply feel like I do not have any other choice at this point but to ask for your assistance, because I do not want to lose what I've worked so hard to achieve, and I do not want to lose the connections I have made with you all. It has been my pleasure to be of service to you and hope to continue our relationship for years to come.
