After 2 years we just got notice that the mortgage company will not accept the short sale offer from last November and will do a forclosure auction on Monday August 31. For us the house is just four walls but having Pat with us after two liver transplants is the true miracle.
We went out looking for rentals and have found the perfect home. The only problem is that Pat is not employed yet although all signs seem to be that he may be going back to DC for work soon. Many positive interviews and many of our friends are passing his and my resume around town. I started this campaign to ask for help with moving expenses and the security deposit.
