Please Help My Cat Shisa

My sweet and caring Siamese cat has been peeing blood now for 12 hours. She’s still taking constant trips to the litter box. I have called all the vets in my area and beyond to see how much it would be to treat her. Emergency Animal Hospitals are not cheap. They are charging $130 just for a consultation..and that’s not including X-rays, blood work and treatment. What’s crazy to me is that they are not accepting payment plans and have zero solutions for people who can’t afford taking their pets for treatment. It’s like pay up or watch your pet suffer and die. It’s very hard for me to ask for any help with money but I love her like we if she was my own child. Especially to my boyfriend who raised her. I will need to take her as soon as possible. I can’t watch her suffer any longer. Please I ask for anything at all.. help me save my precious
