Surgery for Xoe

Xoe is 4 years old, very playful, unfortunately her playfulness caused crucial ligament rupture in both of her knees.  
Currently, she is unable to walk, forced to lie down all day.  She has to be carried to go outside, which causes her a lot of pain.  Standing to go to the bathroom is painful as well. 

The surgery she needs will cost about $2500. to $3000. per leg, and she needs it on both her legs.  

This surgery will give her back mobility and prevent us from having to have her put down :(
