Sara G. Brain Surgery and Treatment

Update 12/16: Sara got to ring the bell today! Chemo and radiation are done for about a month, and then she will resume periodic chemotherapy. She will be getting a treatment in the meantime called Optune that should help any tumor regrow that from happening. Thank you for your continued prayers and support as this continues to be extremely expensive. August 2020: Sara is a wife and mother of two beautiful children who was recently diagnosed with a stage IV glioblastoma. This type of brain cancer is very rare and aggressive. After a sudden seizure, Sara was rushed to the hospital where a scan revealed the tumor. Since brain surgery she has started her radiation, chemotherapy, and other treatments are planned. Her husband has had to take unpaid leave from his job to help her in recovery. Since she is unable to work, and the costs of surgery and treatment are so very high, anything you can contribute will help their family tremendously.
