Help Mo get back to Uganda

I will be jetting off to Uganda on November 1st, to work in an orphanage for 6 months and am raising funds now to support the orphanage and my supplies to work with the kids.
Orphanages in Uganda are packed with children who have lost their parents to AIDS or are unable to return home because of abuse or danger. Some kids are turned away from their villages because they were abducted into Kony's army as child soldiers. The atrocities these young children have experienced are unimaginable.
Well, you're probably wondering why I'm hitting you up for money. In Uganda it can cost as little as 75 cents to provide medical care for kids with parasites. Parasites that can lead to worms or even worse, infections that spread to the brain! And yes, 75 cents covers the medication and doctor's visit!
Although many of you have asked how and what to send as care packages, I truly think it is better to buy supplies in Uganda. Let's support the local economy! Also if medical care is sooooo cheap, can you imagine how little supplies will cost and how many children can be helped?!?!
