wir brauchen eure Unterstützung, um für unsere Tochter Luci das Therapiegerät Giger MD zu kaufen. 

Luci hat eine schwere Zerebralparese: Sie kann sich kaum bewegen, nicht alleine sitzen, ihren Kopf nicht halten, nicht sprechen und nicht schlucken. Weil sie meistens auf dem Rücken liegt, werden ihre übrigen Sinne auch kaum trainiert. 

Das Giger MD hilft ihr, ein natürliches Bewegungsmuster zu erlernen, lindert ihre Spastik und stimuliert ihr Gehirn dazu, sich weiter zu entwickeln. 

Wir haben bereits jeden erdenklichen Therapieansatz ausprobiert, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Wenn wir nicht bald einen Weg finden, Luci ausreichend zu bewegen, wird sie ihr restliches Leben liegend verbringen. Deshalb helft uns bitte:

Lucis Geschichte: 
 
Luci kam vor drei Jahren per Notkaiserschnitt ohne Lebenszeichen auf die Welt, wurde reanimiert und intensivmedizinisch versorgt. Wenige Tage später bekamen wir die Diagnose „infantile Zerebralparese“. Ihr Gehirn ist durch einen Sauerstoffmangel stark beschädigt worden. 

Sie kann sich aus eigenem Antrieb kaum bewegen, ihren Kopf nicht halten, nicht schlucken. Weil ihr Muskeltonus viel zu hoch ist, hält sie es auch kaum im Therapiestuhl aus und liegt deshalb viel. Dadurch sind ihre Sinneswahrnehmungen ebenfalls eingeschränkt. Seit ihren ersten Tagen hat sie sich kaum weiterentwickeln können, sie lebt in ihrer eigenen Welt. In den letzten drei Jahren haben wir uns mit Ärzten verschiedenster Fachrichtungen beraten und versucht, Lucis Zustand mit Physiotherapie, Logopädie, Heilpädagogik, Craniosakraltherapie und Osteopathie zu verbessern - 

alles ohne Erfolg. 
 
Dann haben wir das schweizer Therapiegerät „Giger MD“ ausprobiert. Dabei wird Lucis Körper im Liegen über Pedale passiv aber intensiv bewegt. Wir waren überwältigt von Lucis Reaktion auf das Training: Sie war zum ersten Mal entspannt, konnte tief schlafen und war noch Tage später richtig aufmerksam und interessiert an ihrer Umwelt. Mehr noch: weil das Giger MD parallel zur Bewegungseinheit auch ihren Seh- und Hörsinn anspricht, hat sie zum ersten Mal Gegenstände mit den Augen verfolgt, den Kopf zu einem Geräusch hin gedreht und versucht, Dinge zu greifen! 
 
Leider hält der Effekt nicht ewig an – Luci sollte täglich eine halbe Stunde Bewegung erfahren, damit ihr Gehirn ausreichend stimuliert wird und um wachstumsbedingte Fehlbildungen aufzuhalten. 

Da wir nur die drei Tage Probetraining in Anspruch genommen hatten, mussten wir kurze Zeit später wieder mitansehen, wie ihr Blick sich wieder verschleierte und wie ihre eben noch entspannten Finger sich wieder zur Faust verkrampften. 
 
Trotzdem übernimmt die Krankenkasse nicht die Kosten und wir können sie nicht alleine stemmen. Mit drei weiteren Kindern und einer zusätzlichen Schwerbehinderung im engsten Familienkreis sind unsere finanziellen Möglichkeiten begrenzt. 
 
Inzwischen hat uns aber Lucis Ärztin darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass ihr Brustkorb bereits unnatürlich gewachsen ist – die erste sichtbare Folge ihrer verkrampften Körperhaltung. 
 
Deshalb bitten wir euch um Hilfe, damit Luci schmerzfrei und ohne körperliche Fehlstellungen aufwachsen und ein Leben führen kann, von dem sie jetzt nicht einmal träumen darf.

Three years ago, our daughter Luci came into this world without a heartbeat. Thanks to emergency care, she survived — but her life has been anything but easy. 
 
Luci was diagnosed with infantile cerebral palsy due to severe brain damage from oxygen deprivation. She cannot move on her own, hold her head up, or even swallow. Her muscles are constantly tense, and her body is beginning to deform. Despite trying every therapy we could find — from physiotherapy to craniosacral therapy — nothing has helped. 
 
But then, we discovered a glimmer of hope: the Giger MD, a Swiss therapy device that passively moves her body and stimulates her brain. After just three trial sessions, Luci was more relaxed, slept deeply, and showed interest in the world around her — for the first time in her life. 
 
The catch? The device costs €23,000, and our health insurance won’t cover it. 

With three other children and another family member with a disability, we simply can’t afford it alone. 
 
We’ve raised €1,000 so far. But time is running out — Luci’s ribcage is already growing abnormally due to her posture. We can’t just watch her body deteriorate because we didn’t ask for help loudly enough.

Tre anni fa, nostra figlia Luci è venuta al mondo senza battito cardiaco. Grazie alle cure d’emergenza, è sopravvissuta — ma la sua vita è stata tutt’altro che facile. 
 
A Luci è stata diagnosticata una paralisi cerebrale infantile a causa di gravi danni cerebrali dovuti alla mancanza di ossigeno. Non può muoversi da sola, tenere la testa sollevata o nemmeno deglutire. I suoi muscoli sono costantemente tesi e il suo corpo sta iniziando a deformarsi. Nonostante abbiamo provato ogni tipo di terapia — dalla fisioterapia alla terapia craniosacrale — nulla ha funzionato. 
 
Poi, abbiamo scoperto un barlume di speranza: il Giger MD, un dispositivo terapeutico svizzero che muove passivamente il suo corpo e stimola il cervello. Dopo solo tre sessioni di prova, Luci era più rilassata, ha dormito profondamente e ha mostrato interesse per il mondo intorno a lei — per la prima volta nella sua vita. 
 
Il problema? Il dispositivo costa 23.000 € e la nostra assicurazione sanitaria non lo copre. 

Con altri tre figli e un altro familiare con disabilità, non possiamo permettercelo da soli.

Üç yıl önce, kızımız Luci bu dünyaya kalp atışı olmadan geldi. Acil müdahale sayesinde hayatta kaldı — ama hayatı hiç kolay olmadı. 
 
Luci’ye, oksijen yetersizliğine bağlı ciddi beyin hasarı nedeniyle spastik (infantil) serebral palsi teşhisi kondu. Kendi başına hareket edemiyor, başını dik tutamıyor ve yutkunamıyor. Kasları sürekli gergin ve vücudu şekil bozuklukları göstermeye başladı. Fizyoterapiden kraniosakral terapilere kadar bulabildiğimiz her tedaviyi denememize rağmen hiçbir sonuç alamadık. 
 
Ama sonra bir umut ışığı bulduk: Giger MD, İsviçre yapımı bir terapi cihazı. Bu cihaz, Luci’nin vücudunu pasif şekilde hareket ettirerek beynini uyarıyor. Sadece üç deneme seansından sonra Luci ilk kez rahatladı, derin bir uyku uyudu ve çevresine ilgi göstermeye başladı — hayatında ilk kez. 
 
Peki sorun ne? Cihazın maliyeti 23.000 € ve sağlık sigortamız bunu karşılamıyor. 

Üç çocuğumuz daha ve engelli bir aile bireyimiz olduğu için bu masrafı tek başımıza karşılayamıyoruz. 
 
Şu ana kadar 1.000 € toplayabildik. Ama zaman daralıyor — Luci’nin göğüs kafesi duruş bozukluğu nedeniyle şimdiden anormal şekilde gelişmeye başladı. Sadece yeterince yüksek sesle yardım istemediğimiz için onun vücudunun daha da kötüleşmesini izleyemeyiz.
