Hello Family and Friends,

As most of you know about a year and a half ago I started losing weight unexpectedly and my energy level dropped. Sure I had good days where I was much like my normal self, but they progressively got further apart. Because of this it became harder for me to do my job and as an event of that I was thankfully, given the opportunity to resign with a severance package in the late Fall of 2017.

I eventually landed in the hospital and was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes, prescribed medication and discharged.

I got a new job in the meantime and started that at the end of 2017 thinking I was on the road to better health.

Unfortunately, I was not getting better and after several trips to the doctor, I was correctly diagnosed with Type I Diabetes. 

At this point I weighed about 83 pounds and lost the new job because of my low energy levels.

I am now not able to work at all. I have applied for Disability Income, but that takes 6 months at a minimum to get approved and I have exhausted my resources to pay my minimum living expenses.

I am reaching out to you to help me get through the next few months and asking you to donate anything you can to help me pay me expenses. The funds will be used for rent and utilities, groceries and if possible being able to bring a care giver in once a week to help with cleaning and meal preparation.

My situation is dire at this point as rent is due in no later then the 3rd and if I can not pay rent then I will be on the brink of homelessness.

If you can help in anyway I would be very thankful. My goal is to pay everyone back as quickly as I can once I am back up and running.
