<div>Hi, this is not easy for me to write these words as I am emotionally embroiled in an incident that has taken the innocence away from somebody close to me. I must try and stay strong and anonymous for the time being. Khaliz Alshimery an illegal immigrant staying at a local hotel located in Blackbird Leys attacked a beautiful young student in the worst possible way. She was two months into her first-year year at the University. What should have been an exciting new chapter in her life has now been stolen from her. The seriousness of the attack has left this young lady struggling with panic attacks and zero confidence.

<div>The police have done a fantastic job in getting him charged on all counts. I now wish to take legal action against those responsible for Khaliz Alshimery. There is a sense of injustice as the authorities are responsible for allowing this illegal immigrant to wander the streets without appropriate control measures in place. The Local authority, the hotel housing him, the security overseeing the migrants at the hotel and the Home Office are all culpable and need to be held to account.

<div>I am looking to raise funds to employ a legal team to investigate how this has been allowed to happen and to ensure safeguards are in place and to stop this from destroying another life. I would be forever grateful and appreciate any help, a small amount could go along way.

<div>If for whatever reason we are unable to make legal challenge against those involved then all donations would be passed to the victim to try and help her improve her life.
