Help Dom

Today Anth and Dom were out riding over by Hawes, when a bike overtook a car on the brow of a hill without realising Dom was coming up the other side. Both bikes collided suffering similar injuries, of broken femurs, broken hands and the other rider also suffered a broken ankle and was airlifted to hospital. Dom had his leg straightened on the roadside and then taken to James cook.

 

The timing couldn’t be any worse for Dom, Becki, and Willow as they are set to welcome their new addition to the family in a couple of months time.

 

Apart from the immediate expense of a £6k bike written off, and £1,000 worth of leathers cut off, Dom is self employed and will need a solid 8 weeks to recover before being able to work again.

 

Dom hasn’t asked for any help but I think after the day he has had with the timing that it is, we can all agree he deserves a bit of help so that he can have a bit less to worry about on his road to recovery.

Any help will be greatly appreciated no matter how little it is.
