Puerto Rico Help Bernadette Stowell

Hi, my name is Margaret Hemingway; I live in Rockville, Maryland (USA).   I'm raising funds for my sister, Bernadette Stowell, and her six beautiful children who live in Puerto Rico, on the hard-hit east coast of the island.  Hurricane Maria has completely devastated PR.  Berndette's family lost everything but the clothes on their backs. Unbelievably,  the landlord wants to evict them from their rental house (which has no windows or doors after the storm), because they can't access funds to pay the rent due to  the storm knocking out power to the entire island.  They have water, but are out of food.  Funds raised will be spent on their immediate needs, which are:  money  to buy food,  clothes and hygiene items; money for rent somewhere else - if they can find someplace left standing after the storm.  Ultimately, they need money to fly them off the island to the mainland until PR is rebuilt, and help to set them up here - but that's down the road a few days/weeks.  Since the banks aren't operational yet, I will collect the funds and send them to her via a US Postal Order.  From my entire family, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for anything you can do to help!  God bless you for your generosity.
