<div>My name is Salah, I had recently graduated from engineering college with dreams of building a better future for myself and my family. But as the conflict escalated, my hopes were dashed against the harsh realities of a city torn apart by violence.

<div>I write to you with a heavy heart with concern and fear for the safety of my family and loved ones. As the conflict in Gaza intensifies, the threat to my family lives grows exponentially each passing day. I am reaching out to you, the global community, in a desperate plea for assistance in evacuating my family to a place of safety.

<div>My family, consisting of my parents, one brothers, three sisters, a sister-in-law and two nieces were trapped in the midst of the conflict. My oldest brother, who had recently married, had his dreams of starting a family shattered as their home was reduced to rubble before his newborn daughter could even take her first breath. Born in the midst of a war-torn night, the baby suffered from malnutrition and disease, her fragile existence hanging by a thread as the hospitals struggled to provide adequate care amidst the chaos.

<div>Similarly, My oldest sister , after five years of marriage and countless trials to have a baby, finally welcomed a baby into the world, only to be met with heartbreak as the child was born with a rare hip condition. The necessary medical device to aid her was nowhere to be found in Gaza, blocked by the ravages of war and conflict.

<div>My sister Ayah, a junior doctor stands tall, a beacon of resilience and compassion. Her selflessness inspires us all, reminding us that even amidst the rubble, the healing power of kindness and dedication still shines bright.

<div>She refused to lose hope. With unwavering determination, she threw herself into her work, tirelessly providing medical care to those in need in the makeshift shelters that had sprung up amidst the chaos.

<div>My youngest sister Mira , was the heartbeat of the family, her energy and bright spirits a source of solace amidst the darkness of war.

<div>She is a bright star in her studies, dreamed of becoming a doctor herself, only to have her aspirations crushed by the destruction that tore through their lives as she cannot complete her education.

<div>Our home in Gaza was a place where the walls echoed with the sounds of family gatherings, where the aroma of home-cooked meals filled the air, and where the warmth of our shared bonds enveloped them like a comforting embrace. It was a place where we laughed together, cried together, and weathered life's storms as one.
</div>
<div>Our once vibrant home, filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories, now lay in ruins, a testament to the cruel reality of war.
</div>

<div>Now my family are living in a tent which is a daily struggle against fear and uncertainty. The canvas walls offered little protection from the relentless sounds of bombings and gunfire that echoed through the air. Each night brought the haunting reality of not knowing if the next explosion would tear through the fragile shelter, forcing them to flee into the darkness. Amidst the chaos, simple tasks like finding clean water and food became monumental challenges, as resources grew scarce amidst the devastation.

<div>My heart remained heavy with worry for my family's safety. With each passing day, the danger grew ever closer, threatening to tear apart the fragile bonds that held them together. And as the war raged on, I found myself grappling with the agonizing uncertainty of whether they would ever find safety and peace again.

<div>My family is among those who find themselves trapped in Rafah, unable to escape the relentless bombardment and chaos that engulfs their community. Every passing moment brings with it the threat of further danger and devastation, leaving my loved ones in a state of constant fear and uncertainty.

<div>But amidst the despair, there is a glimmer of hope. I am determined to evacuate my family from the danger zone, to give them a chance at a better life away from the horrors of war. However, I cannot do this alone.
</div>
