We are trying to raise money for my Aunt Helen who unfortunately has been struck with Mestastatic Leiomyosarcoma, which is a rare smooth muscle cancer that has spread to her lungs, hip and liver.
Unfortunately the dignosis is not good, but we are all staying positive that she will get through this. She has been receiving on going chemo treatments and they are considering experimental treatments to try and fight the cancer.
Unfortunately due to her treatments and decline in health she has had to close her in-home daycare of 42 years, with this has come a financial strain. They are in urgent need for more funds to help keep her and her family afloat and help pay for medical treatment.
My Aunt Helen is one of the most remarkable women I have ever known, and it has been a blessing to have her in my life. She is one of the most giving and selfless people you will ever know. Over the years her and my Uncle Ray have given tirelessly of themselves to many others in their lives. They have taken people in to their home in a time of need, with out even thinking twice. They have donated their time and money to their church over the years and are devout Christians. You will never meet two more amazing people.
The money will go to help pay their medical bills and everyday expenses that they will need to get through this time of need.
