Heather is absolutely an amazing loving giving person and she is in for the fight of her life. She is single, no medical insurance at this time, and diagnosed with stage 3-4 Adenocarcinoma (Lung Cancer).
You may be asking yourself, is Heather a smoker, and the answer, no she is not and nor has she ever been! Heather has dedicated the last 6 years volunteering for the American Cancer Society raising countless dollars for the fight against cancer. Now we are asking to help Heather in her fight.
Heather’s journey began a few weeks ago. A routine visit to the doctor for a chronic cough, turned into a chest xray, which then turned into CT Scan, and finally a biopsy the day before Thanksgiving. Here we are now with the diagnosis of Lung Cancer stage 3 or 4.
The next step is to visit an oncologist. Heather is currently working on medical insurance but we know for a fact it won’t kick in for at least 2 weeks to a month. Heather cannot wait another day let alone 2 weeks to a month to start her treatment. As a small token of all Heather has given to her friends family and community please consider donating to her fund. The donations will help with the financial burden she has already incurred and about to incur even more of.
