Honest Beginnings is a 501c3 organization providing a sober living environment for those age 18 and up who are in recovery from alcohol, drugs and other addictive behavior. We not only aim to treat the addiction but to allow the resident to see themselves and their life in a new way by sharing our experiences with them.

What does a recovery home do for Belchertown?

In collaboration with Honest Beginnings, our vision is to create a resource center where those who are suffering with addiction, or their loved ones, can come be pointed in the direction of recovery; to provide a safe place for those seeking help; and finally to support a continuum of recovery services through the creation of structured, long term sober living.

OUR GOAL
Our fundraising goal is to bring a recovery home to the Belchertown area. The Honest Beginnings Board of Directors is made up of individuals who have family members who struggle with addiction or who are in long term recovery. As a community, we are all affected by addiction. It is our goal to help those who are struggling with addiction by providing a recovery home where they can heal and begin to rebuild their life.
Our $20,000.00 fundraising goal will go directly to bringing a recovery home to the Belchertown area. We are a non-profit group, and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to this purpose.
