$100 Vaccinate one family against Pertussis (whooping cough)
$250 Vaccinate one child against HPV
$500 Vaccinate an entire class against Meningitis

About Us
Health4Chicago was created in 2009 in response a growing concern that many Chicago students do not receive the recommended immunizations, especially minority students from low resourced areas. We are a multidisciplinary collaborative including colleagues from the Chicago Public Schools, Chicago Department of Public Health, University of Illinois at Chicago, University of Chicago, and several community-based organizations working together to improve vaccination status of Chicago youth.
