Healing Chris

In October of 2012, I was diagnosed with Large B Cell Lymphoma. While the prognosis is good and I am reacting very well to treatment, they are extensive and will last well into 2013. After that I will have two weeks of radiation. Currently, I get around well thanks to great medications for nausea, appetite, and energy, but my immune system is very compromised and I can't be around masses of people that would be required of me as a flight attendant. So work is out of the question at this time. One thing I have learned from the last time having cancer is to not rush back to work. Gaining one's strength and getting blood levels where they should be is very important.

I am now living on savings and the good graces of family and am waiting for long term disability which will start in March 2013. I do not live a lavish lifestyle, but would like to keep my quality of life. Unfortunately, at 50% of salary, LTD only pays so much. Any help is greatly appreciated. All donations will be used to pay essential bills including rent, electric, utilities, insurance, car loan, and medical bills.
