Taylor Handy's fight with Crohns

Donation protected
Taylor was only 22 when he went into the hospital for Ulcerative Colitis.

After many doses of various steroids remicade prednisone  and dilaudid for pain. Nothing helped to bring the inflamation down. A total colectomy was done. Thats when everything went wrong.

The video tells of just some of the many procedures Taylor endures to this day. All the doctors and nurses are so sympathetic for his story and stumped not knowing if it is Crohns, Colitis or some blood disease .Taylor has been in 5 different hospitals and seen many advanced medical teams
yet still suffers from Indeterminate Colitis, unable to work to pay for medical bills nor even the expense of protein drinks like 'Ensure" or smoothies when he cannot eat...

He has been living on TPN (liquid IV nutrition) but now suffers liver damage when he takes it. His options for Nutrition and Nourishment are becoming very low. Weve recently learned about 4 stictures due to excessive inflammation and scar tissue from extensive surgery.

He just started "Entyvio "a new IV infusion that was just approved in June and needs some compassion from others through donations, I am so amazed he is thankful for those around him in the hospital and at home. Please watch the short video, Thank you .
