Happy 40th Lambda Chi Omega!

Aloha & E Komo Mai Members and Friends!

The ladies of Lambda Chi Omega Chapter,
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. are proud to celebrate 40 YEARS of service and sisterhood throughout the island of Oahu, here in beautiful Hawaii.

110 years ago, Alpha Kappa Alpha, became the nation’s first sorority established by African American women at Howard University in Washington, D.C.
Today, 1,012 local chapters and nearly 300,000 members worldwide, continue to "be of service to all mankind."

Since our chartering on March 24, 1978,
The Lambda Chi Omega Chapter has been of devout service throughout our communities.
We have proudly awarded scholarships in excess of $80,000 to local high school seniors in pursuit of higher education!

We greatly appreciate your support and look forward to being of service to our island's most ambitious young adults and to all of Oahu.

Our warmest mahalo,
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
