Hurricane Harvey: For my wife's fam

Hurricane Harvey flooded my in-laws home and everything they own was damaged. They're in their 70's, retired and don't have an income to replace or fix their home. Their home was not in a flood zone and they do not have flood insurance. Their home of 27 years only flooded after the city decided to open up the reserviors that flooded much of the area.

They will use the money to rebuild their home and replace their furniture and appliances.
