With the loss of our Kenny a little over a year ago
and a 70% loss of their income, Kristin has been floating their boat all
alone - and doing a wonderful job. Now she is facing some
insurmountable obstacles. Our girl is facing neck/back surgery with
large deductibles, co pays and 20% patient pay - both past and present.
Due to the potential time lost at work, it is required she be placed on
STD with a loss of 40% pay. All deductibles, co pays and patient pays
must be paid prior to surgery (February 3rd) or all bets are off.
Surgery is non-negotiable as permanent damage is continuing to be done -
with loss of feeling and mobility continuing daily, not to mention the
pain. On top of all this, normal bills (food, electric, water) must be paid
as well. When Kenny died there were so many people who offered up "If
you EVER need ANYTHING, please just ask". We are now asking. She's
kicking and screaming every step of the way but with a humble heart
and with great humility she is allowing me to post this fundraiser to
help her and the kids simply survive
this "hump".
She posted on FB today: And God told me "My burden is easy and my yoke is light."
Please
lets come together as the family we are and help her and the kids lift
some of these unexpected burdens and give one less thing to worry about.
