To this great stage of fools."
Fortunately for us, the crying did not have to last. Thanks to great professors like Timothy B. Maloney and Jason Rubin, those of us who engaged in Drama Department activities during our years at Washington College learned how to perform on this great stage of fools in ways that are meaningful, enriching, valuable"”and enormously pleasurable at times. As the careers of our esteemed professors come to a close, the Dramalumni of Washington College would like to show our appreciation for the incalculable contribution these men have made to our lives"”and we are hoping YOU will help. Our goal is to raise $2000 to purchase gifts of appreciation for these kind and learned men. Our hope is to offer them something perhaps less expensive than a new car, but classier than a polyester necktie. Would you please contribute whatever you can?
The collection for these gifts is separate from any fundraising effort sponsored by Washington College. The Dramalumni Committee that is organizing Alumni Weekend 2013 events has asked Sarah Contos ('00) to take up the collection on our behalf.
