We Got This, Hank!!!!

Did you ever think that your life could change in a moment’s notice? It certainly did for our friend, Hank Stolarski when he received the news that he had been diagnosed with life threatening pancreatic cancer. Hank has been suffering with severe abdominal pain for months, and has been through countless doctors, tests, trials and meetings to find a remedy. It was two months ago that he received the devastating news of his diagnosis and is now in the fight to win this battle against cancer. This process has led him to The Cancer Treatment Center of America (CTCA) in Philadelphia, PA, where he is receiving the highest quality of care in a positive, nurturing environment. Hank has put his faith in CTCA, where he will undoubtedly receive the best care possible.

The initial surgery to remove the cancer from the pancreas did not turn out as we had hoped, as the procedure revealed that the cancer has spread to the liver and is in his blood. Therefore, plan B is now in progress. Hank will undergo extensive chemo beginning on August 19th for a minimum of 4-6 months, with the hopes of eradicating the spots in the liver and the cancer in the blood. It is not until Hank shows a clean scan for an extended period of time, that they will consider revisiting the surgery on the pancreas.

Hank has worked hard all of his life and is not afraid to step up to the plate for battle, but he has a long road ahead. In recent years, Hank used the majority of his life savings to start his own business. Through this business, his kind heart was able to employ several who were in need of work. Unfortunately, with this recent turn of events, Hank has gone from leaving his business in the hands of others to leaving the field all together so he can focus on what is ahead. Now that Hank has made the move to Philadelphia, he takes on an added challenge of balancing home expenses in Cleveland, along with the costs of daily living and medical care in Philadelphia including but not limited to rent, utilities, insurances, medicines, treatments, chemo, doctors and more. With a severely limited income, this is becoming a heavy weight to bear.

Hank is a faithful and dedicated father, son, brother, friend and boss. Throughout the years, he has given so much of his time, money, and effort, with expecting nothing in return. It is now our time to help the man who has helped so many. Hank really needs your support and your prayers now more than ever.

Hank is a Christian man who places God above all and knows wholeheartedly that He is in control of his situation. God has now placed us in a position to aid Hank in his journey. By donating to Hank in any way, you will make an immediate difference in the future of his wellness! Help us by giving back to the man that has given to so many. He has a band of prayer warriors, and together we will help to carry him through this difficult time. He is going to win this battle!
