Our goal here is to assist in any capacity of relief we can, we currently are planning to do rescue efforts and Hands On Relief. We are currently working the Harvey disaster in Houston but also gearing up to have rapid response to Irma when she makes landfall.

Fuel, food, personal hygiene and sanitary items are most important and that's where we will pour most resources.

During the West Virginia Floods in 2015 we where able to help many people in the community just by adding hands on support. we would like to cover the same here.

We will use all funds to travel from Ohio to Texas to assist our friends in any way possible. With clean water and tools in tow with your help we can make it happen!

Independent Citizen Action Network (ICAN) Is the community service wing of Independent Citizen News LLC. We have done relief efforts for 2 floods and a chemical spill.
