We will be in Spanish Wells from 19-26 February 2014. Afterwards, we will return back to the US where we will continue to work with the teens through virtual classes & leadership through the on-site missionary team. We are loading up 80 pounds of health, hygiene & agricultural supplies in 2 suitcases to take as checked baggage to Spanish Wells & will work with Haitian teens that show leadership skills and medical or gardening interest to teach them how they may work to care for their community.
We have been richly blessed by the giving of those in our current local community and they have been wonderful with supplies and monetary donations (especially given the limited resources available in our local area). Having said that, we still need to raise an additional $2,500 dollars by 18 February. Would you please consider helping us? You may either donate to us through GoFundMe (they only charge 5% which is wonderful for the service they provide) or contact us at GoFarmU for more information on how you may help us. Donations are tax-deductible through GoFarmU Foundation (educational organization teaching health & regenerative agriculture). Anything over the donation amount above will be given in cash to the local missionary leadership team to go toward additional entrepreneurial supplies for the teens!
Thank-you for your support & assistance- it means a lot to me. Please be sure to check out the reward levels below.
