No one does the Fourth of July quite like Huntington Woods!
Our week-long celebration kicks off with the annual Run/Walk BOOM 1 Mile & 5K event, and culminates with a dazzling fireworks display over historic Rackham Golf Course. People of all ages look forward to gathering each year on the streets of Ludlow and Scotia to enjoy the vibrant display.
Despite the generosity of our Run/Walk BOOM sponsors, participants and volunteers - we are finding it increasingly difficult to meet our goals to fund this beloved community event.
The future of our Fourth of July Fireworks celebration is at stake. We need your help to ensure that his event, a tradition in Huntington Woods for over 40 years, can continue now and for generations to come.
Please support this community event by giving directly, sharing the link via social media and email, and through conversations with friends, family and neighbors. Remember - attendees extend beyond the borders of our city, so don't hesitate to spread the word!

All monies raised through this Go Fund Me campaign will accompany the proceeds from the 8th Annual Run/Walk BOOM event on June 22 to directly fund the annual fireworks display.
Our intent is to support the ongoing efforts of Run/Walk BOOM, not to supplant it. This simply offers another path of giving in support of our cherished, community fireworks event!
This year's fireworks display will be on Thursday, July 4 at approximately 10:00 pm.
