Sean Horton ~ a 14 year old 8th grade student at West Lake Middle School, excellent student, talented athlete, role model to all the younger kids he encounters & truly one of the best kids you could ever meet. My family met Sean & Marcie through our football family & we've loved them both since we met them.

Two weeks ago, Sean was diagnosed with Anaplastic Lymphoma & immediately began his fight with cancer.  He will be undergoing chemotherapy treatments for the next 6 months.  The treatment plan is aggressive and he will sometimes have extended stays at Duke for his chemotherapy treatments.

Sean is determined to beat this & has a postive outlook in a situation where most people would dwell on the negative. He told my son last week that he was going to beat cancer & that everything happens for a reason. Sean & Marcie need our support, love & prayers during this fight.

Through this fundraiser, we are hoping to raise money for Sean and his mom to assist with any unforseen expenses that they may incur during his battle with lymphoma. No amount is too small and all donations will be greatly appreciated. Let's all be #HORTONstrong!
