<div>The See Beautiful Phase 1 campaign that we launched in the summer of 2022 includes the following projects:
</div>
<ul>
<li>building and remodeling classrooms
</li>
<li>replacing windows and walls
</li>
<li>installing long-awaited insulation
</li>
<li>building new roofs over two wings (eliminating leaks)--one in progress!
</li>
<li>replacing water-damaged ceilings and installing energy-efficient lighting
</li>
<li>creating a school library, essential to any Dominican house
</li>
<li>erecting a fence/repairing the loading dock
</li>
<li>housing our hard-working teachers
</li>
</ul>

<div>Here is our progress, thanks to you, our generous benefactors, and the timely interventions of Our Lady and St. Joseph: 
</div>
<ul>
<li><strong>2022:</strong> new roof installed over one wing
</li>
<li><strong>2023:</strong> new classroom completed, except brick exterior wall
</li>
<li><strong>2023-2024:</strong> exterior walls and windows replaced in the chapel courtyard
</li>
<li><strong>summer 2024 and summer 2025:</strong> new in-the-floor radiant heat installed, thanks to the timely creation and donation of  a concrete grooving saw and over 2 miles of grooves and tubing run by the sisters, in 10 classrooms and the new library
</li>
</ul>

<div><strong>What we have left to do in this phase of renovations:</strong>
</div>
<ul>
<li>build a new roof over one more wing
</li>
<li>rebuild and replace windows in 7 out of 14 exterior wall
</li>
<li>brick the replaced walls
</li>
<li>complete the new library with shelving, study tables and chairs, a fire-rated double entrance door,  and window and door trim
</li>
<li>continue replacing ceilings and lighting
</li>
<li>erect a fence
</li>
<li>repair the loading dock
</li>
</ul>

<div>This campaign follows 2021's 2 Roofs and a Fence campaign, which successfully raised $106,000 and has allowed us to begin much-needed construction--but we need your aid and St. Joseph's to finish.
