Hello, as you all know George was in a horrific accident where he lost his dog and broke lots of parts in his body. I know that we raised quite a bit already to help George with his medical bills, although the money that we raised has helped him move to Arizona to stay with me and my RV. I had planned on having a job by now after graduating school and going back in the trucking industry but apparently out of the probably 100 jobs I’ve applied for they all tell me I need a refresher course. I am working on getting funding for me through Arizona works to get into this 80 hour refresher course but I can’t sign up until the November 21st when the funding opens and then they said I could probably get in by December for orientation for help to pay for the refresher course. In the meantime, my car is broke down. I have not been able to DoorDash and make money which is how I’ve been supporting myself for the last year and a half while I was going to school. They cut the funding off for my food stamps so I can’t even feed George this month. He is still waiting on getting money from the at fault driver or reimbursement for his property damage. In the meantime, he still needs to eat to heal, plus we need to go up to the corner store to take showers cause I have no hot water which is $18 a shower, and he still has medical bills to cover and get back-and-forth the doctor appointments. I’m really not sure what I’m doing to help except for giving him a bed to sleep in and moving him out here but at the moment I am two months behind on my rent and have no way to make money or go anywhere and I live out in the sticks! I’m 16 miles from town. I really am trying to ask for help on his behalf not mine because I just had the gastric sleeve. I don’t need to eat or at least not much! And I’ve had a very patient landlord. lol but also I was going to go on the road and make money and live out of my truck and leave the place for him to live in until he gets back on his feet. So please if all you can spare is one dollar or five dollars, it adds up. Anything you can spare to help is greatly appreciated. I don’t know what else to do at the moment because I just keep moving forward trying to go back to work driving truck because that’s what I know how to do.
I thank you all with extreme gratitude, love, and wish you great blessings in your future! I know that George is feeling gratitude and the love from you all! The love alone felt by him will also help him heal and recover even faster!
