Gypsy's Memorial Fund

Donation protected
My sister Fareahri Gypsy recently went through a 7hour surgery.  A week after the surgury she passed away in the ICU. Through her painful moaning and screaming she alerted family and hospital staff that something went wrong. The pain became unbearable and the medication was not enough to give her relief as her abdomen swelled bigger and bigger. Family was told she was stable and to allow her to rest. Hours later she was pronounced dead. Our  family was not prepared to lose our sister, our parents their daughter, and her son his mother. We all believed she was coming back home to live her beautiful life enjoying all those who love her. Our family is in complete shock. Not seeing her walk through the house, not hearing her sing and laugh is disheartening. We are not financially prepared for a death in the family.  She passed away in Gainesville so we need part of the funds to get her body to her home church in Punta Gorda, Florida.

Fareahri Gypsy Forman daughter of Wayne & Kaye Forman was born with a birth defect that affected her body. It was so rare, it affected her connective tissues including her skin, veins, arteries etc. From the time she was born she was in casts. She endured more than 70 surgeries by the time she had her son. Her days were filled with extreme pain, you would never know because she would cover and embraced everything with her impartible smile. Gypsy’s motto is, “everything is love.” She was a single mother raising her “little intellectual” as she would call him. He was such the perfect son for her as he would help with technology devices around the house and fix and thing that broke by inventing new pieces. He wants to go on to school to be an electrical engineer as his career so he can invent things like the newest phones.

Gypsy wanted to be cremated and her remains cast upon all the waters. She would love for all her family and friends to gather for a service followed by a party to celebrate her life. We need help to make this possible for her and to help her son have some type of closure. We understand losing a family member will always leave an empty space as we are trying to help her son make a transition for the better and keeping her angelic spirit and love alive! The funds for Gypsy are to transport her back home, her cremation and memorial ceremony to celebrate her life. Can you please help us make this possible? We have an abundance of gratitude for every dollar donated. We know Gypsy would want us to remember the joy of her life and the legacy she left behind.
