Clean Water In Honduras

Will you help me bring clean water to kids in Honduras! I believe everyone should have access to clean water and I hope you do as well.  

Did you know Honduras is having a water crisis?!?!    Across the country, more than one million lack access to improved sanitation, and 638,000 lack safe water. Rural communities face the most challenges, as many people obtain their water from small springs that are unprotected and contaminated.

My name is Christopher, I am 13 years old and I am volunteering to travel with my peers on a 10-day mission to Honduras with Global Ventures to install water filtration systems in rural communities.  

When we go to these communities we will give filtration systems, that can filter over 300 liters of water each day, and last for 10 years with easy maintenance. There's no electricity or chemicals needed, allowing the filter to be used in a variety of environments. The filters have been tested at EPA certified labs, and meet or exceed EPA standards. 

Best of all these filters are compact, easy to transport, and simple to use. Even kids can use them!!!
