<div>Guyana Medical Mission (GMM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2005 by Dr. James T. Cort and the late Dr. Berman O. Saunders.  For nearly two decades, GMM has been committed to delivering free, high-quality medical care to underserved communities across Guyana and building the future of healthcare from the inside out.

<div>Each year, GMM’s all-volunteer medical teams travel to Guyana to provide clinical care, perform surgeries, and offer specialist services that are often unavailable locally.  GMM also mentors and trains local providers, helping to build a lasting healthcare capacity.
