Gretchen's Healing Fund

Gretchen and Zach are headed back to Mayo Clinic Sunday. She has more appointments on Monday and Tuesday.  I will be meeting them in Rapid City Sunday to bring the three older children back to Lusk.  The doctors will be running more tests to see how to proceed with her treatments.  

This time, there will be no free lodging for the kids.  There will be gasoline expenses.  Grant and I will be incurring additional expenses caring for Chase, Rhiannon and Zeke.

Many of you have asked me to let you know if you can do anything. Well, I've never been one to ask for help but I have decided, I am going to ask this time; not for myself but for my daughter and grandkids, so here it is: Mayo Clinic has told us the tumor in her lung is benign which is good; however, she has cancer in more than just one lymph node and she has nasopharyngeal carcinoma. (nose and throat cancer). She is going to need radiation and chemo for 4 months. Her survival is 80%!! They originally told us 50/50 but now have increased it to 80%. This is the GREAT NEWS!!!
